Directions
The Southern California College of Optometry and the Eye Care Center are easily accessible from three major airports (Los Angeles International, Ontario International and John Wayne/Orange County), the train and by freeway. The College is located on the northwest corner of Yorba Linda Boulevard and Associated Road, two blocks west of the Orange Freeway (57) in the City of Fullerton. To assist you in making your plans to visit SCCO, the following information and maps are provided.
From all Airports:
- The most efficient method of transportation is to take the Super Shuttle (bright blue vans) to the Disneyland Hotel. The cost is approximately $10.00 from LAX or John Wayne Airports and $36.00 from Ontario Airport. From the Disneyland Hotel you can then take a cab to the College.
- By automobile: Refer to directions below.
From the Train:
- AMTRAK stops at the Fullerton station which is a short cab ride from the College.
By Automobile from Airports:
- From the Ontario International Airport: Take the Pomona Freeway (60) west to the Orange Freeway (57) south, to the Yorba Linda Blvd. exit. Turn right. The College is at the corner of Associated Road and Yorba Linda Blvd. Total distance: approximately 25 miles.
- From the Los Angeles International Airport: Take the Glenn Anderson Freeway (105) east to the San Gabriel Freeway (605) south to the Riverside Freeway (91) east to the Orange Freeway (57) north. Exit at Yorba Linda Blvd. Turn left and proceed to Associated Road. Total distance: approximately 40 miles.
- From the John Wayne/Orange County Airport): Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the northbound Costa Mesa Freeway (55); to the Riverside Freeway (91) west; to the Orange Freeway (57) north. Exit at Yorba Linda Blvd. Turn left and proceed to Associated Road. Total distance: approximately 25 miles.
Parking: All visitors park in the Eye Care Center parking lot off Yorba Linda Blvd.
