If You Win the Lottery


BEFORE you register with the Lottery Commission, set-up a trust that "owns" the lottery ticket. This will insure that the full proceeds of the lottery pass to you, your spouse or heirs without estate taxes in the event of your untimely death.

This trust may also be structured with a charitable feature to further offset unnecessary taxes.
