Kathy Frugé-Browder joined SCCO as the Director of Clinic Operations in July 2010 and is responsible for the overall day-to-day functions of the Eye Care Center. Ms. Frugé-Browder has more than 20 years of professional experience in health care operations, including acute care, ambulatory care and managed care organizations. She was instrumental in the start- up operations at Cal Optima in Orange, California and L.A. Care Health Plan in Los Angeles, California.
Kathy completed her B.S. degree in Health Science with emphasis in Community Health Education at California State University, Long Beach and earned a Masters of Public Administration degree at Pepperdine University.
