The Continuing Education Department of the Southern California College of Optometry has been awarded a three-year contract to provide Administrative Services to the American Academy of Optometry (AAO), for Transcript Quality Continuing Education. "This contract is a credit to our College and reflects the outstanding reputation of our Continuing Education Program and the quality of the proposal to the AAO," said Vice President and Dean of Academic Affairs Morris S. Berman, O.D., M.S.
Transcript Quality Continuing Education includes an examination component. The examination is required by several states in order for the continuing education courses to be accepted toward license renewal. The contract covers each of the next three annual meetings of the AAO.
